- Collision Damage Waiver Insurance (C.D.W)Collision damage waiver insurance means that Kosmos rented vehicle is insured towards collision damages(material damages) also caused by the renter, but with an excess amount to pay.

The excess amount for collision is:
- 300Euro for (Category A and B)-450 Euro for (Category C and D)-600 Euro for (Category E)-750 Euro for
(Category H)-1.000 Euro for
( Category F )- 1.500 Euro for ( Category G )

No insurance coverage shall apply to:
-Damages caused to tires, windscreen, windows or the lower part of the car.
-Damages or theft of personal belongings kept in the car.
-Any incident inside the car during transport by ship or any other means.
-Any incident while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
-Accidents caused when the driver has not been declared in the rental contract.

DRIVING LICENCE: The driver must hold a driving licence authorized by the competent authorities, issued at least one year prior to the rental.

ROAD TRAFFIC OFFENCES: All fines and any other consequences shall be borne

PERSONAL INSURANCE: Coverage of drivers up 2,935.00 Euro and passengers up to 2,935.00 Euro for total or partial disability to the amount of 1.50 Euro on a daily basis.

Age Requirements: Minimum Age: 23
